Mainland Resources is a junior independent oil and gas exploration, development and production Company developing the natural gas potential of several leases in the northern Louisiana Haynesville Shale play. The Haynesville Shale is now projected to be the fourth largest gas formation in the world. The Company intends to leverage improvements in recovery technology to capitalize on the immense resource potential in Shale formations.
